Yes, this 2000 dually Ford F350 has just 16,000 original miles. And it has the 6.8 liter gas V10. Asking price? $8,000.
The engine alone is probably worth a substantial portion of the asking price.
After all, a 5 speed work truck like this doesn’t have much of an audience anymore. That’s probably why it was never used. I think this truck is just a carrying case for the engine at that price.
The flatbed upfit is pretty specialized so I don’t foresee this being an easy sell for a work truck.
I don’t foresee this low miles engine staying nested in there that long.
Bonus: the cheapest Honda S2000 I’ve yet seen. Just $65,000. Just kidding, $6,500.

For $8,000? It still is a 20 year old work truck with a flatbed. But V10 mmmmmmm V10 sounds. And 5 speed V10 RWD. Basically a Viper.

Id buy that right now if it were local. I’ve replaced the top of the Miata, and if it’s hard who cares. Get a car cover. I’m not riding in this thing top up anyway, which means I can live without AC, too.

I’ve never driven one in a chasis manual flat bed application, but that Triton V10 will get about 12 miles per gallon on a really good day.

Yes, but that engine has a real following and you simply don’t find ultra low mileage examples of it anywhere. As long as you change the oil every 5 minutes they are reliable too. You don’t get a V10 for the MPGs.

Not in a Viper. My grandfather’s dually camper hauler.

V10 RWD, so basically a Viper. Nice.
